The Brannan, 333 Brannan Street, San
Francisco: The project consists of new construction of three towers, 14-stories each. This residential condominium project is adjacent to the Oriental Warehouse historic façade. KCA Engineers has provided boundary, topographic and construction surveying services. The later construction surveying involved control for pile driving, establishing column lines in parking structure, column lines for three towers and setting permanent benchmarks. Our surveyors also set horizontal and vertical subsidence monitoring points on adjacent buildings. Client: Stavi Architects and Cannon Constructors.
John King Senior Community for Mercy Charities Housing, 500 Raymond Street, San Francisco: KCA provided boundary, subsidence and construction surveys, title report review and analysis, demolition plan, and rough grading plan. Client: Van Meter, Williams & Pollack Architects.
Hayes Valley Apartments, San Francisco: A multi-family HUD-funded project, consists of two parts "North" and "South" each occupying one city block in the Cathedral Hill area. KCA provided site civil engineering services including grading and drainage plans, plan check and civil improvement inspection. Client: Backen Arrigoni & Ross
Shriner's Hospital Project - Housing, San Francisco: Forty-one-lot subdivision of duplex condominium units and new public street that will supply vehicle, pedestrian and utility services to lots. Our work includes predesign topographic and boundary surveys, subdivision map, condominium maps, public street improvements, grading and demolition plans, construction surveying and contract administration. Clients: The Riding Group/Catellus Residential Group.
Channel Park Condominiums - Mission Bay N3A Site, San Francisco: A seven-story, 100 unit condominium project on a signature site along China Basin Channel in the South of Market Area. Civil design work will include sitework and utilities, including preparation and processing of condominium maps. Client: The Riding Group/Signature properties. Mission Bay Lofts - N2P2 Site, San Francisco: A luxury 260 unit rental housing project being mapped for possible condominium sales in the future. Civil design work includes sitework, sidewalk and utilities and subdivision mapping. Client: The Hanover Group, Houston, TX. Architect: Gromatzky Dupree and Associates, Dallas, TX.
